Rule 89
Children's Search Service
(1) The Government of Nepal shall conduct child tracing services in the following numbers and locations as per requirement:-
(a) To search for missing children,
(b) To trace and identify the families of found children and to facilitate family reunification,
(c) To rescue and protect vulnerable, labor, trafficked and trafficked and street children.
(2) The work under sub-rule (1) shall be done by the Government of Nepal in coordination with the provincial government and the local level.
